Editorial principles

duelist.jp Research articles are published under the duelist.jp Editorial byline; no individual bylines are used. Facts and estimates are kept apart, and every estimate states its basis. Editorial decisions are made by the editorial unit alone and take no direction from any commercial unit.

Conflict-of-interest disclosure

The operator of this site plans to sell original packs and to buy and consign cards on duelist.jp. Because that position could affect the neutrality of articles about the original-pack industry and card distribution, a standard disclosure is inserted into every article. The same standard applies when other companies' services are discussed.

Card images

Only photographs of physical cards taken by us are shown. Official card artwork and images are never reproduced. Factual data such as card names, set numbers and rarities is compiled independently from public information.

Prices

Prices are reference information. Only prices whose date and source can be stated are listed. When original packs go on sale, the basis of the expected-value calculation (total reference price of included cards, price dates, total sale amount) will be shown automatically on each product page and kept in sync with actual pulls.

Relationship with rights holders

This site is an independent service unaffiliated with Konami Digital Entertainment, The Pokémon Company or any other card game publisher, and operates with respect for their rights and guidelines.

Business information

Disclosures required under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions and the Secondhand Articles Dealer Act will be posted on this site when transactional services (sales and buyback) begin.
